👋 Hi There,

My story in a nutshell…

👪 33, married, with two boys (3 and 4), I live in Taunton (Somerset) having moved out of London during the pandemic. 👨‍🎓 12 years experience in the People & Talent world. 🎒 I started out in recruitment as a graduate, before leaving 3 years in to set up my first business (a Sourcing tool for startups). 🤝 I then set up a more traditional consultancy with a co-founder focused on working specifically with tech startups and scale-ups globally from Seed to Series D and beyond on their People & Talent challenges 🦠 During Covid our business had to pivot, and we launched Scout, which became our biggest success. 🚀 In 18 months, we scaled from 0 to 70 people, and my time there was spent as the inward-facing co-founder, focused on creating our Operational & People Strategy- handling everything from Culture, Values, People Ops, EVP, Tooling, Career Development, Talent Acquisition strategy… basically ‘how do we attract, retain and develop the best, happiest team ever?!’

We won some awards 🏆 (Woo! 🥳) for our growth, culture, and team which we were immensely proud of, and I like to think we built a pretty awesome team in a short space of time.

Over the years I’ve built up a deep passion for People, EVP & Culture, and in 2022 decided to step away to focus purely on working with small companies (0-100 headcount) on their own culture journey… enter People Projects!
