Combining 12 years of experience growing companies from 0-100 headcount as a Founder myself as well as helping numerous others scale from pre-seed to series C and beyond, I’ve navigated the challenges, and rewards that face founders when it comes to People Strategy. I’m deeply committed to helping other founders navigate those too, by solving their challenges with them.
