Every Founder and company I meet is at a completely different part of their journey when it comes to building their business, culture and team. My work with companies however tends to fall into one of three areas of focus:

Culture Build I work with founders at early stage on setting the foundations for their culture; Purpose, Mission, Values, behaviours. This is a mixture of 1:1 time with the founding team, and also workshop facilitation with wider team members, as well as ongoing support to ensure everything is operationalised and embedded after creation.

Culture Fix I work with companies who have grown to the stage where cultural cracks start to appear (Usually 30-100 employees). It could be a lack of alignment to purpose, mission, values. It could be the wrong behaviours. It could be burnout, happiness levels. I work with founders and people teams to help them diagnose and ultimately action plan fixes to get the business aligned and on the path to unlocking high performance

Culture & Employer Brand Alignment As you scale, the ‘brand’ you present to potential hires is pivotal to your ability to hire and retain happy, high-performing employees. Sadly employer brand and culture have a tendency to drift apart as companies scale, meaning the experience that new joiners have feels very different to what they were ‘sold’. When alignment between culture & brand slips, it can be very damaging. You attract the wrong people, hire the wrong people, and have retention and happiness issues.
